Why Preserve Buildings?

PBN has almost completed its first cultural resource survey.  In October 2008 PBN was awarded a matching grant from Preserve New York, a grant program of the Preservation League of New York State and the New York State Council on the Arts.  This survey was conducted by architectural historians Dr. Frank Kowsky and Martin Wachadlo and is now under review by the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO).  This report is a 99 page PDF with color photos.
