Preservation Buffalo Niagara has just published a two-page flyer on the state's homeowners tax credit, which attempts to clear up some of the confusion about the credit. For Buffalo, this credit allows homeowners in Allentown, the West Village and in the Linwood historic district (south of Ferry) to take a 20% state credit for a wide variety of rehabilitation work on their homes.
