Current Preservation Issues

Buffalo has no lack of challenging, demanding, interesting, and vexing preservation issues. This newly re-designed web site will present issues currently being discussed by Preservation Buffalo Niagara’s Preservation Issues Committee, focusing on Buffalo primarily. Over time, we intend will explore issues affecting other communities.

In February, 2010, Buffalo's Willert / A. D Price Courts and 169 East Ferry were added to the Preservation League of New York State's endangered list, Seven to Save.

In February, 2010, the National Trust for Historic Preservation's web site ran a story on Buffalo's boathouse, entitled The Wright Way Frank Lloyd Wright's Unbuilt Designs Spark Debate.
