Prepared for Buffalo LISC with support from the Preservation League of New York State and the State Historic Preservation Office with assistance from PBN. Prepared by Francis R. Kowsky and Martin Wachadlo.

PBN completed its first cultural resource survey with a matching grant from Preserve New York, a grant program of the Preservation League of New York State and the New York State Council on the Arts. This survey was conducted by architectural historians Dr. Frank Kowsky and Martin Wachadlo.
